History/background: Susie was picked up by Zero Stray’s Georgia’s dedicated supporter, Lisa. Lola and Susie, mother and daughter, were dropped off by Turtle Lake by the municipal services after being neutered. They were terrified of local packs of dogs.

Personality/characterSusie is the kind of dog who melts into your heart the moment you meet her. She is calm, peaceful, and carries a quiet kindness wherever she goes. She gets along beautifully with both children and other dogs, never causing trouble and always choosing harmony over conflict.

One of Susie’s sweetest traits is how much she adores being indoors, snuggled up in a cozy spot, close to her people. She is gentle even at mealtime—you can pet her while she eats, and she won’t mind one bit. Though sometimes a little timid in new situations, she is never reactive or aggressive. With other dogs, she is patient and yielding, never picking fights or trying to assert dominance.

Susie would be perfect for someone looking for a loyal, easygoing, and affectionate companion. She doesn’t ask for much—just a safe home, a warm bed, and a loving human to call her own.

Good with Cats, and kids? Yes, very friendly with kids, not tested with cats.
